Welcome to the Beach Community Soccer League  

Beach Community Soccer League is a co-ed recreational league in the Beach area of Toronto. Our season runs from May to September each year, and the cost is $125.00. Registration for the 2012 season will begin in January.

 We apologize for the technical difficulties our server experienced Tuesday, January 24th, and we have re-scheduled our pre-registration for Thursday, January 26th at noon.

Registration Dates:

 Thursday, January 26th, 2012 at noon - Pre-Registration for players who played in the 2011 season.

Tuesday, January 31st, 2012 at noon - Open Registration for all new players. Please note, registration for the 4 Division does not begin until January 31st.

Age Divisions:

Please be aware that some divisions fill up quickly, so you are best to register early. Pre-registration is capped at 80% of available spots and registration is first come first served. If your chosen division is full, you will have to return to register during open registration, starting at noon on January 31st.

Registration Information for New Families

Open registration begins at noon on Tuesday, January 31st. At noon the site is live when the words Online Registration appear in the left hand navigation menu. Please refresh your browser until Online Registration appears. Complete instructions will be in the Members Area page when you click on Online Registration, or you can check the Registration Information section of this site. New Families do not need a password to begin the registration process - you will be prompted to choose a password during your family set up.

2011 Used Soccer Kit Donations:

Last year BCLS families donated over 400 used soccer kits, which were distributed to schools in the townships of South Africa. Photos of the 2010 donations can be seen here. Uniforms collected this season will also be sent to South Africa. Thanks to Karla and Sebastian Lightly for organizing this initiative.

Rain Policy:

As the season is short and we cannot re-schedule games, we err on the side of optimism when it comes to rain. We will play in light rain, but in the case of heavy rain or lightning we will cancel all games. The decision as to whether to call the games are made at 5:30 pm each day. Please check our rain blog at http://bcslweathersite.blogspot.com/, or call the rain hotline at 416-435-0469 after 5:30 pm. The hotline and blog will be activated at the start of the season in May 2012.
