Team Sizes

In the event of a team having fewer players than required, the opposing team must use the same number of players in the spirit of the game. Teams can also share players, or join other teams for the day. Fields can be shortened accordingly. The referee, in consultation with coaches, may reduce the length of the games in humid or hot weather.

Throw-ins

Replaced by the gentle toss-in by the coach/referee.

Goal Kicks

At the discretion of the referee. Sometimes a toss-in helps keep the game flowing.

Goal Keeping

Regular rules apply to goal keepers, as directed by the coach/referee. The goalkeeper must wear a distinct jersey.

Coaching

Coaches are expected to referee the younger divisions. There is no limit to the number of coaches allowed on the field, provided they do not disrupt play. One of the coaches of each team (other than the referee) is expected to be on the field of play to assist the players in position play and to offer encouragement.

Refereeing

One Coach from each team referees.
